Read MoreWOW what an interesting course. I can only imagine how good it must be in a classroom setup and actually having the time to experience the practicals and also been able to ask questions. It is noted that it is commercially driven although there are references made to the Home / Hobby Distiller but maybe a recommendation is that a small course or an element of the W4 course a section for the Home / Hobby Distiller can be added.....for interest i would have love to have witnessed the infustion of the clementine peel. Notwithstanding this it is an excellent course and wonderful to experience a lecturer who is not only passionate about the subject matter but who is also very knowledgeable about the subject. Yes, you are right that i do still have some questions regarding the still and other questions but i will definitely make time to come in and speak face to face if i may, I would like to draw as much information as possible. Another suggestion is that I am aware that the course is open for a period of three months but it does allow for the download of the presentations but very little reference is made to the presentations as the lecturer is also speaking from experience. Maybe consider the learner to be ale to download the actual class and if you are concerned about them sharing the information have them sign a document that will preclude them from sharing the information and stating clearly that it is only for their consumption. Once again it is an excellent course and well presented and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much and now im looking forward to the Whiskey Course but will need to start a fermentation to so that when all said and done i can start making gin and whiskey.
